We launched a hub for runners across California.

California Runners is a new non-profit organization dedicated to unifying and inspiring the running community across the state.

The website is a gathering place for runners of all levels and abilities, from beginners looking for workout partners to Olympic medalists like ambassadors Deena Kastor and Meb Keflezighi, to meet, organize, and get the latest news about the sport.

The organization serves California's running community, supporting middle school running programs, shoe donations for kids, trail cleanup, and providing race volunteers.

Branding & Design

Inspired by the California flag, we created a strong logo that reflects the goal of bringing individual runners and local teams from every part of the state together under one banner. UI across the site is bright, clean, and energetic.

Features

Members have unique running-centric profiles where they can record results from their favorite races, keep track of personal bests, and let others know what they're currently training for. Using the Teams feature, they can also organize into their own local groups for training and racing.

As long-term creative and engineering partners to California Runners, we're proud to be working on rollout of additional features and an exciting new member app.
